I remove 1/2 a star because deep self-tanners without guides can be tricky to get even coverage, this one is no exception. However, I found this self-tanner to streak the least of all the deep varieties I've used. If you take care to apply it properly, you can easily minimize streaking. I will have to admit that I had a decent base tan before I used this product.I don't know if I would recommend the deep version for extremely fair skin as streaking would be much more apparent. For fair skin, I would recommend a build-a-tan variety of light or light/medium lotion so that you can cover the streaks in successive applications to build a solid base tan. That is, rather than trying to use a deep self-tanner in one single application (which could easily be streaky). After you've built a 'base' tan with a build-a-tan, then you could apply this one to get a much deeper color and substantially reduce the streakiness. I...
